24PLAY is a product company from Ukraine that has been developing and publishing mobile games since 2019.

We are a team of professionals who have launched dozens of popular games and gained over 100 million satisfied players worldwide. Our games include Zombiepunk, Blitzkrieg Assault, Street Dude, and more.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Monitor key project metrics

• Prepare, execute, and analyze A/B tests and provide recommendations based on the results

• Analyze in-game events and LiveOPS balance

• Evaluate changes in player behavior and monetization influenced by gameplay modifications

• Analyze the effectiveness of offers, promo codes, and referral programs

• Work with player cohorts (newcomers, regular players) on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis

• Test game functionality after releases

• Prepare and present analytical reports for different departments, including C-level management

• Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze the performance of marketing campaigns (CPI, ROAS, RPI)

• Conduct detailed churn analysis and identify key parameters for improving player retention (lowering acquisition costs)

• Identify and suggest ways to improve key metrics

• Create and maintain up-to-date analytical documentation

• Work alongside developers to automate data collection processes

• Analyze competitor projects and market trends

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst in mobile gaming

• Strong understanding of key gaming and business metrics

• Experience working with large datasets: from data collection to processing and visualization

• Ability to formulate KPIs for a gaming product

Nice to have:

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Clickhouse, PostgreSQL, BigQuery

• Experience working with Tableau

• Experience in developing and maintaining ETL processes

• Knowledge of Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn
