На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Create and drive content marketing strategy as well as planning for all HR brands of Room 8 Group;

• Develop a variety of HR brand marketing content with a dedicated team of colleagues;

• Build relationships with internal subject-matter experts to identify and develop creative assets that drive audience engagement;

• Serve as an editor and reviewer of content built by other creators to maintain consistency, quality, and accuracy;

• Ensure assets are promoted and shared across external channels;

• Monitor and measure the success of the created content;

• Provide recommendations on how to make improvements using data-driven insights.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 2+ years of experience as a guru in content creation/management for HR brands;

• Creativity and innovation run in your veins;

• Strong writing skills in English;

• Passionate attitude towards video games/technology/people;

• Being a planning geek with a sense of deadlines, ownership, and commitment;

• Advanced understanding of all the numbers in Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn analytics;

• Being a real fighter ready to rock the market with outstanding content campaigns (from artsy Instagram posts to professional articles);

• Being patient and assertive;

• An ability to connect people in communities even better than Nokia.
