IGaming product is looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize our daily operations within the fast-paced gambling and betting industry. 

As COO, you will play a crucial role in leading the organization’s growth initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with our business goals. 

Requirements:

• 8+ years in a senior operational role, with experience in Gambling/Betting niche (B2B & B2C).

• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, fostering collaboration and a results-driven environment.

• Deep understanding of the gambling and betting market, including regulatory and compliance frameworks.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of successful strategy execution.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions quickly.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing market conditions.

• Proficient level of English (both written and verbal), Ua/Ru - native/fluent level.
