На які завдання (обов'язки)?

Playwing, owned by the founders of Ubisoft, is an independent Game Developer and Publisher with a lot of passion for video games. One of our main goals is to improve the gaming experience for players and to create new immersive game worlds.

We are searching for a Game Developer that has the exceptional ability to bring amazing ideas and new features to the well known Rayman Adventures game. A part of the famous and core franchise of a platformer genre.

You should have:

— 2+ years experience with C++ development;
— Ability to write code in a multi-threaded/multi-CPU environment;
— Knowledge of code optimization techniques;
— Hands-on experience with Game development, and preferably with C++ based game engines (Cocos2d, Unreal Engine, etc.);
— Ability to analyze complex code and find non-trivial solutions;
— Good command of spoken and written English language.

Got these? Even better:

— Knowledge of the UbiArt framework is a huge plus;
— Experience with the Unity game engine is a plus;
— Experience in Lua is welcomed;
— Experience in Python is welcomed.

Your challenges:

— Project refactoring including reviewing technical design, task estimation, new features implementation and debugging;
— Collaborate with a team of engineers, artists and designers to deliver exciting new content and outstanding user experience;
— Manage software availability, latency, scalability and efficiency;
— Third party libraries integration to Unity.
