Who We’re Looking For:
We're looking for a Business/System Analyst who will act as a bridge between product, development, and cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

📌 Requirements Analysis & Formalization

Gather and clarify requirements from product managers, other analysts, and related teams.
Conduct interviews with internal users and document business needs.
Translate requirements into formalized tasks: user stories, diagrams, edge cases, acceptance criteria.
Align expectations across teams and document final decisions.

🧩 System Analysis & Specifications

Participate in developing logic for internal and customer-facing systems.
Create technical documentation for tasks and features that’s clear to both developers and business stakeholders.
Identify and resolve inconsistencies, contradictions, and “blind spots” before development starts.
Keep documentation up to date (Confluence, diagrams, flowcharts).

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

What We Expect From You:

2–4 years of experience as an analyst (in product or system teams).
Proficient in Russian.
Ability to dive deep into requirements and ask the right questions.
Strong skills in writing clear and structured documentation (Confluence, Notion, etc.).
Understanding of the task lifecycle in development and cross-team collaboration.
A proactive approach: gathering information, syncing teams, and ensuring clarity.
