Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with experience in game development or a deep interest in games. This is a part-time, project-based, remote-friendly opportunity to join exciting projects where gameplay and user experience really matter. You’ll work closely with game designers, developers, and stakeholders to help shape and document engaging features for real players.

• Collect and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders

• Transform ideas and vision into structured, clear documentation (features, flows, specs)

• Collaborate with game designers, developers, and PMs to ensure alignment on gameplay features

• Participate in meetings and workshops to clarify scope, functionality, and priorities

• Support development teams throughout the project lifecycle with clear and timely BA input

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Experience working on GameDev projects or a genuine interest in games and understanding of game development processes

• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate+ / Advanced), with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong documentation skills: features, flows, wireframes

• Good understanding of UX/UI and player-centric thinking

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, excellent communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with game economy, monetization, or retention features

• Familiarity with Unity/Unreal, versioning tools, or analytics platforms

• Experience leading Discovery phases or structuring documentation from scratch
