Art Project Manager

Walla Walla Studio is looking for an Art Project manager (Middle) for its core business - game art production.

As a Project manager, your main responsibility will be managing art production projects for clients of Walla Walla Studio. The interest and experience working in the gaming industry for this position are crucial.

Walla Walla Studio is a full-cycle creative studio. The company's track record includes the development of high-end 3D characters, game-level art development, animation, cinematics, and visual effects. Our team of hard-working artists and game designers provides services to various Gamedev and Media companies worldwide. The main clients of Walla Walla Studio are US and European game development studios that outsource their art production. 

Art Project Manager (Middle)

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Project management - decomposition of tasks, planning, monitoring, and control of the project realization, project team coordination, etc.

• Work with clients - clarification of requirements and technical specifications, ensuring the quality of provided services, organizing regular communication and feedback processes (scheduling, calls and meetings, reports).

• Conduct estimations for the project.

• Cooperation with the Executive Producer and Art Director to ensure the quality and technical efficiency of the project.

• Assembling a project team from internal (regular database) and external (freelance Artstation etc.) sources 

• Work with client and internal documentation (NDAs, agreements, estimates, etc.)

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Advanced English (close to native) and native Ukrainian

• 2+ years of experience in similar PM roles.

• 2+ years of experience working in Art production/Gamedev industry (experience in game art outsourcing is a plus)

• Strong project management skills

• Ability to establish contact with clients and conduct a high-quality, customer-focused communication

• Analytical thinking, planning, and risk management skills

• Understanding of art production pipeline in different spheres (2D, 3D, Animation, VFX, Level Design, etc.)

• Understanding the competencies and skills of different artists and the ability to find a suitable specialist for the task 

• Experience managing freelancers and outsourcing partners.  

• True interest in art & gaming industry
