Volmi — A Virtuos Studio is an outsourcing company that specializes in game development and game content creation. На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Set up and maintain project schedules for both short and long-term project goals;

• Understand the quality needs of the project and translate these into requirements for art teams;

• Manage risks, issues, and change requests and proactively solve problems before they impact the schedule or the end result;

• Partner with Art Direction, Art Team Leads, QC, etc. to keep production running smoothly and effectively;

• Communicate relevant information to stakeholders timely;

• Negotiate scope and quality with Art Directors in order to find the solutions that best fit the requirements of each project;

• Anticipate resource needs, both short-term and long-term, and able to work with changing design requirements;

• Collaborate with the sales team to plan further scope;

• Ensure the team has the best organizational structure, processes, and practices that allow them to produce high quality work efficiently and on time.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 2+ years of experience of managing art production teams for video games;

• English: fluent speaker;

• Tools: Jira / Confluence / MSP / Office package (any) / Ready to use custom client tools;

• Possess a sophisticated working understanding of modern project management methods and tools;

• Background in art that helps you thoroughly understand the artistic and technical side of art production;

• Deep knowledge of Art production pipelines, tools, risks & best practices;

• Strong preference to applicants with experience facilitating conversations between design and art to deliver complex features;

• Strong communication skills, user-focused, passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovative.

Will be a plus:

• AA+ level projects in portfolio.
