Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and internet-savvy Community Manager to grow and engage our AI Vtuber's online communities. This is a part-time remote position (15-20 hours/week) perfect for young, creative individuals passionate about internet culture, memes, and the emerging AI/Vtuber space.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• X (Twitter): Create engaging daily content, participate in trending conversations, interact with followers

• Instagram: Develop visual content, manage Stories, create Reels

• YouTube: Support video promotion, moderate comments, engage with community

• Discord: Primary focus - manage Discord server, organize events, maintain community atmosphere, handle daily operations

Content Creation

• Stay on top of internet trends and memes, creating content that fits our AI Vtuber's personality

• Plan interactive campaigns and discussion topics

• Assist in developing content calendars and publishing schedules

• Monitor online sentiment and respond to community feedback

Community Building

• Foster an active and positive fan community culture

• Coordinate cross-platform content strategies

• Collect user feedback to improve community experience

• Build and maintain relationships with other creators and communities

Ideal Candidate

Must-Have Qualifications

• Energetic personality with fresh perspective and deep understanding of internet culture and memes

• Familiar with social media platforms and their unique operating styles

• Excellent English communication skills (additional languages a plus)

• Basic understanding of AI technology and Vtuber culture, or strong interest to learn

• Available during peak engagement hours (US EST/EU CET evenings preferred)

Preferred Experience

• Previous community management or content creation experience (entry-level welcome)

• Familiarity with Discord bots and server management

• Basic graphic design and content editing skills

• Knowledge of gaming, anime, or tech communities

Personal Traits

• Strong internet intuition - ability to quickly identify viral trends

• Empathetic communicator who can engage diverse user groups

• Self-motivated with ability to handle unexpected situations independently

• Creative mindset with willingness to experiment with new engagement approaches
