A company is developing a groundbreaking Gen AI product aimed at revolutionizing the $365 billion game industry by enhancing video ads production tenfold.

This innovative technology seamlessly replicates and emulates the original development environment of any game. Through the modeling of entire games, incorporation of GAI capabilities, and the use of genetic machine learning models, it allows game companies to automatically generate high-performing video ads, new game levels, and entire game mechanics on a large scale. Proof of concept projects are currently in progress with top gaming companies, demonstrating tenfold improvements across key metrics.

• Design, build, and improve our AI-driven generation systems
  Identify and solve complex challenges with scalable long-term solutions

• Test, analyze, and interpret generative outputs

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to enrich playable experiences

• Rapidly prototype new ideas in AI-generated gameplay

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 3+ years of game development experience – must

• 2+ years with web technologies (HTML5, TypeScript/JavaScript) – must

• 2+ years of creating playables or interactive games without traditional engines – must

• Experience or high interest in LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted tools

• Comfortable working across research + engineering
