3D Generalist (Unreal Engine / Blueprint / Gameplay Ads)

Asterman — digital production studio working with game developers and publishers worldwide.
We specialize in User Acquisition creatives: gameplay videos, 2D/3D animation, playable ads, and marketing visuals for mobile and PC games.

We are currently looking for a 3D Generalist (Unreal Engine / Blueprint / UA Videos) to work on User Acquisition videos.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Create gameplay-style advertising videos (30–60 sec) in Unreal Engine

• Assemble and polish scenes for UA creatives

• Set up gameplay logic using Blueprints

• Animate characters and objects (basic gameplay animation)

• Work with camera, timing, pacing and composition

• Integrate and adapt existing assets (characters, environments)

• Iterate based on references and performance-driven feedback

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Has hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5)

• Can work with Blueprints (basic gameplay logic, interactions)

• Has experience creating UA videos / gameplay-style content / ads

• Has character animation experience (not just static scenes)

• Understands gameplay feel, timing, and pacing

• Has a portfolio with videos made in Unreal (not just renders)

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile game ads / playable ads

• Understanding of UA performance (hooks, pacing, retention)

• Experience with cinematics + gameplay hybrid videos
