На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Lead Unity development, drive architectural and technical decisions.

• Build a mobile app from the ground up — from concept to release and support.

• Be involved in the full development cycle: planning, design, implementation, testing, support.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Conduct code reviews, estimate timelines, and ensure delivery.

• Optimize game performance for mobile (FPS, memory, build size).

• Work with UI/UX, animations, and graphic assets in Unity.

• Collaborate with backend engineers, analysts, and product teams.

• (Nice to have) Experience with social casino: slots, RTP, bonus systems.

• (Optional) Team leadership: task planning, technical mentorship, quality control.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 5+ years of Unity development (focus on 2D mobile, iOS adaptation required).

• Deep Unity expertise: 2D animation, Prefabs, ScriptableObjects, UI, Render Pipeline, Editor scripting.

• Proven experience building mobile apps from scratch (iOS/Android release).

• Strong understanding of client-server architecture, backend integration.

• Hands-on with Unity/third-party libraries: Addressables, TextMeshPro, DOTween, Zenject, Firebase, etc.

• Integration experience: analytics, ads, in-app purchases, push notifications, A/B testing.

• Experience with VFX, Spine/Unity animation, shaders, post-processing.

• Understanding of platform-specific constraints: iOS, Android, WebGL, UWP.

• Skilled in mobile optimization (FPS, memory, build size).

• Bonus: experience with CI/CD, Unity Cloud Build, custom build pipelines.

• Bonus: internal tooling for product/design workflows.
