Senior 3D Artist (Casual mobile game)

Wargaming is looking for a Senior 3D Artist to work on a Farming/Simulator game in our brand-new Belgrade office.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

·      Develop high-quality 3D game assets and environments using Maya, Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, ZBrush, Unity;

·      Collaborate closely with an art director, producer, game designers, and fellow artists to maintain a cohesive artistic vision throughout the project;

·      Mentor and guide junior artists, providing constructive feedback and helping them develop their skills;

·      Ensure the optimization of 3D assets for mobile platforms, considering performance constraints;

·      Oversee the development of efficient 3D art pipelines, streamlining asset creation and integration;

·      Create and manage art documentation to provide clear guidelines for the art team.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 3+ years of experience in gamedev and understanding of the mobile game development pipeline for 3D assets;

• Expert-level skills in 3D modeling software (Maya/Blender/3ds Max);

• Proficiency in Maya for final scene preparation;

• In-depth knowledge of game engine intricacies and a proven track record in optimizing 3D graphics for mobile platforms;

• Ability to work in diverse artistic styles and adapt to project requirements;

• Availability of a portfolio;

• Advanced Russian.

• Exceptional drawing skills and a strong sense of artistic aesthetics;

• Profound understanding of design principles, composition fundamentals, anatomy, and color theory;

• Background in fine arts or related fields;

• Experience with 2D concept art and the ability to translate concepts into 3D assets.
