Reconciliation Controller

We are seeking a diligent and analytical professional to join our finance team in a reconciliation role. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial records through regular reconciliations and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates will have a solid accounting background, proficiency with reconciliation tools, and the ability to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

What You'll Do

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across processors, banks, ledgers, and intercompany accounts

• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies promptly

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

• Document reconciliation processes and maintain internal controls

• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and finance teams to support overall financial accuracy

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar

• 2–5 years of experience in reconciliation, accounting, or audit

• CPA, ACCA, or similar certifications are preferred

• Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS

• High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)

• Experience with ERP or reconciliation software (e.g., SQL, BlackLine, ReconNet, SAP, Oracle)

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have:

• Additional knowledge of accounting practices
