Supporting our Fleet Vehicles, providing services to existing Field Services Technicians (FSTs) in over 400 locations nationwide. Bringing together individuals with diverse backgrounds, talents, and expertise, our Fleet Coordinator is vital to keeping our technicians safe and to making our Company stronger.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Fleet Coordinator to oversee our vehicles, the processes that support them and the Technology Services groups, and travel needs. The Corporate Fleet coordinator will be responsible for managing the company's vehicles to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing corporate fleets, interfacing with third-party fleet vendors, strong people leadership, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a deep understanding of vehicle maintenance and recall operations.
Manage the company's ordering and support of fleet vehicles. Including assigning, maintenance, repairs, recalls, registration, and insurance requirements to ensure vehicles are safe, dependable, and presentable for client work.
Plans, develops and coordinates, providing checks and balances to ensure safe, legal, efficient and cost-effective operation of the company fleet.
Assist in developing and implementing fleet management policies and procedures, including vehicle utilization, fuel management, and driver safety programs.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to fleet operations, including licensing, registration, and inspections.
Monitor fleet performance and identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve overall efficiency and safety.
Oversee the functionality and use of in-vehicle cameras - Nauto, focusing on the aspects of data management, camera operability, and ensuring compliance. Enhances focus on safety.
Work closely with internal business groups to understand their transportation needs and develop solutions to meet those needs effectively.
Partner with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle ordering, maintenance, and repair services.
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet management records and reports, including vehicle inventory, maintenance schedules, and fuel usage.
Participates in all required industry meetings and conferences.
Manage the portfolio of travel requests related to internal customer travel needs, inclusive of timely, cost effective and safe travel bookings.
Auto Insurance claim processing
Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
2 - 5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in a service company setting.
Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Surface knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and compliance regulations.
Preferred history of reducing costs and increasing productivity in fleet operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
Familiarity with dash cam technology and data management systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and fleet management software.

$21.49 - $39.90 per hourOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
