User Acquisition Manager

Holy Water is one of the fastest-growing startups within Genesis ecosystem. We founded our company less than 2 years ago. Within 2 years we have built a company of 70 people and our products have been used by more than 10 millions users worldwide.

One of our core products is a role-playing game. It has recently reached top 1 position in Australia and top 3 in the US in the interactive stories niche. This is only the beginning for us as we plan to build a unicorn by 2026.

- Effectively attract new users to our mobile game

- Analyze the creativity and performance of competitors

- Create strategies for testing and scaling creatives on ad networks, social networks and DSP platforms

- Analyze campaigns (LTV, ROMI, IR, CR, CPI, CPA)

- Scale campaigns with positive ROAS

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing

- Understanding the algorithms of the advertising platform

- Understanding the principles of scaling

- Experience working with new growing channels (Unity Ads, Vungle, Applovin, IronSource, Chartboost, various DSP, Twitter Ads, Snapchat, TikTok)

- Speak English at the Upper-Intermediate level

- Creativity and ideology

- Perseverance and self-motivation
