Highcore Games is a Gamedev company with a head office in Miami and a distributed team around the world: Georgia, Poland, Cyprus, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Indonesia, Thailand and others. The company has two divisions: hyper-casual and mid-core. Each has its own hit games with 268 m players in total:

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

As part of our user acquisition strategy development for our projects, we are looking for a UA Manager who will be responsible for managing and optimizing traffic acquisition, as well as researching growth opportunities for our products.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and monitor the effectiveness of traffic acquisition from various sources (Google Ads, Facebook (Meta), Applovin, Unity Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).

  • Seek out and test new hypotheses for optimizing advertising campaigns.

  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis, prepare detailed reports, and perform research based on collected data.

  • Actively collaborate with product and analytics teams to gain insights and solve issues related to traffic acquisition.

  • Explore new growth opportunities for the product through creative analysis and collaborative discussions with the team.

  • Continuously monitor trends and changes in the user acquisition field to stay ahead in a constantly competitive environment.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the game development industry.

  • Experience with traffic sources (Google Ads, Facebook (Meta), Applovin, Unity Ads, TikTok, Snapchat). Experience with Mintegral, Vungle, and DSPs will be a plus.

  • Experience with MMPs such as Appsflyer and Adjust.

  • English level no lower than B1.

  • Proficiency in working with data in Google Sheets/Excel.

  • Experience with BI systems (Tableau, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large volumes of data.
