Hi there! We are coderaptor.

Our team (now well over 50 people) develops games and apps for VR, AR, PC, mobile devices.

We have developed several large-scale projects: metaverse, arcade Action-RPG, VR shooter, and mobile 3D blockchain game.

Now we’re looking for an Unreal Engine Technical Producer to help us manage the team and projects from the technical side.

What we expect you to do:

Build, maintain and improve technology and processes;
Develop project plans and roadmaps, analyze and manage potential risks;
Ensure continuous and stable project development process;
Manage Unreal Engine development team: take part in hiring, motivating and training developers.

Experience in managing a development team (at 5+ people);
Knowledge and ability to code in C++ language within Unreal Engine;
Understanding of general architecture of projects (backend interaction, backend architecture, networking protocols, message queues, databases);
Availability of running projects.
