We are looking for

We are looking for a Unity Lead Developer with growth to CTO who will take full technical ownership of live mobile projects, build strong engineering foundations, and gradually become the studio’s technical leader through hands-on work.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Take full technical ownership of 1 main product and curate 2–3 additional projects.

• Design and maintain project architecture, make technical decisions.

• Actively write code in Unity and work with legacy code.

• Ensure performance, stability, and quality of live products.

• Own build & release pipelines (iOS, Android, CI/CD).

• Integrate and support SDKs (analytics, ads, purchases, remote config, etc.) in live environment.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor Unity developers.

• Gradually build technical standards, processes, and long-term technical strategy.

• Stable, scalable, and well-architected Unity projects.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

Must-have:

• 5+ years of experience with Unity.

• Strong C# skills.

• Experience with mobile games (iOS & Android).

• Experience with live products.

• Architecture design experience.

• Performance optimization experience.

• Experience with CI/CD and builds.

• Experience in code review and mentoring.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience as Tech Lead / Acting CTO / Head of Engineering.

• Experience scaling teams.

• Product thinking and A/B testing experience.
