We’re an innovative studio building PC titles for Steam, with a strong track record in adult (18+) visual novels and adjacent genres. We unite 10+ indie teams under one umbrella, operate globally (legal presence in Cyprus and the Netherlands), and keep hierarchy light so good ideas reach players fast. Our portfolio spans detailed PC simulators, dynamic co-op games, visual novels, a proprietary SaaS product for audience insights, and classic publishing. One of our labels has entered Steam’s Top-10 publishers/developers.
Heads-up: we develop 18+ content. Comfort with adult themes is required.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Implement gameplay and core mechanics (character control, physics, object interactions).
Program clean, maintainable C# code for game logic and tools.
Integrate content with designers and artists (models, animations, VFX, audio).
Optimize performance (profiling, memory/CPU/GPU analysis, build size).
Fix bugs, write simple tests, and support smooth releases.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
Junior+
~6–12 months of Unity + C# experience or shipped/polished portfolio projects.
Solid grasp of OOP, basic data structures, components/prefabs/scenes.
Hands-on with UI (UGUI/TMPro) and basic animation (Animator/Timeline).
Version control with Git; collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
Mid
2–4 years in Unity game development with shipped features/games.
Strong gameplay programming, debugging, and code architecture (SOLID, patterns).
Proficiency with profiling/optimization and asynchronous workflows (coroutines / async-await / UniTask).
Confident integration of assets (Addressables/asset bundles), scene management, build pipelines.
Comfortable driving features end-to-end and doing code reviews.

Unity UI expertise (Canvas, layout, 9-slice), TMP, UI animation/motion.
Addressables, UniTask, PrimeTween/DOTween, Timeline/Playable Graph.
Shader Graph/HLSL, URP/HDRP, VFX Graph.
Audio middleware (FMOD/Wwise).
Multiplayer experience (Netcode for GameObjects, Mirror, Photon).
Experience with Steamworks, Naninovel (for visual novels), PC/Steam Deck optimization.
Familiarity with DI (Zenject), tooling (Odin), and basic CI (GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
High-level proficiency in Russian and/or Ukrainian, both spoken and written.
