UA Lead

Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for experienced UA Lead. Our client is a mobile games company based in USA and working remotely. We are looking for a UA lead to take the initiative, be hands-on and directly shape growth strategy and success.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Help the company's mobile casual game to become a global success by making it go Top-10 grossing;

• Work on creating engaging ads storyboards and marketing creatives with artists and PMs;

• Work with Product, Community and Analysts to develop insights and create and optimize innovative UA campaigns across the networks;

• Explore new opportunities for growth including new channels & partnerships with travel companies, influencers & brands - leveraging game’s unique real-world connections;

• Work across teams, brainstorm creative micro-stories and experiment new ways to UA. 

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 2+ years experience in Mobile User Acquisition/Marketing;

• Analytical thinking and good with numbers;

• Passionate about engaging quality video ads;

• Growth hacker mentality, open-minded approach to try new UA channels and partners;

• Campaign management, including optimization and monitoring of campaigns, budget allocation, leading A/B tests, identifying new channels, analysis.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with F2P, Match-3 and/or Travel games;

• Experience analyzing large datasets in an analytics role.
