Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to join and guide our Unity development team on the Roadside Empire project.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Producer and CTO to shape the product’s technical vision, translate project goals into concrete engineering solutions, and establish efficient development processes.

What you will be doing

• Setting up and refining the technical development workflow for the project

• Designing and evolving the game’s architecture

• Leading and growing the team, including hiring and onboarding

• Conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality and timely delivery

• Collaborating with other departments to share best practices and promote cross-team knowledge exchange
