Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

● Responsible for the technical build assembly and ensuring its consistency with project specifications.

● Handling technical issues related to gameplay logic, textures, animations, and sound assets.

● Working closely with artists, developers, animators, and QAs to ensure the quality implementation of game features.

● Creating, balancing, and testing slot math models, game pacing, and volatility.

● Preparing and maintaining comprehensive game design documentation.

● Improving and expanding existing projects with new mechanics, math models, and game modes

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

● 2+ years of experience in game design, preferably in the casino slot industry.

● Experience with internal game editors, prototyping tools, and data tracking.

● Basic understanding of slot mechanics, math balancing, and player behavior.

● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to justify technical decisions.

● Relevant communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Co jest dla nas ważne w człowieku?

● Familiarity with scripting or basic programming logic.

● Skills in visual design tools (Figma, Photoshop) for wireframing or mockups.

● Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

● Experience working with asset pipelines (TexturePacker, Spine, etc.).
