Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Own our Twitter account. Create content and engagement plans and execute on them.

• Own our Telegram (and later — Discord) community. Create content and engagement plans and execute on them.

• Together with Digital Marketing Lead be responsible for growing Twitter and Telegram group. You’ll do this through contest and other viral community methods and through collaboration with relevant 3rd party communities.

• Collect product and marketing insights and report them to CPO and CMO.

• Build ambassadorship programs.

• Constantly refine Rapty tone of voice (together with our wizard of texts).

• Refining Rapty target audience.

• Later on — build social media and community team.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Understand the basics of marketing and have significant hands-on experience with them (defining and refining target audience, building and refining marketing funnels).

• Know how to translate product updates and roadmap into engaging content.

• Been on similar Web3 positions for at least 6 months and in Web2 — 3 years.

• Been active in crypto for at least 2 years including buying and selling crypto and NFTs, being active in Telegram, Discord communities and in Twitter.

• Have advanced level of English language (C1).

• Follow structured, experimentation focused and lean approaches.
