We’re hunting for a creative SMM/Content specialist with expertise in Employer Branding and proven copywriting skills in the gaming industry.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

● Drive the development of our brand’s social media presence on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn;
● Create and implement a content plan with creative visuals, posts, and video formats;
● Write articles for the corporate website and relevant media platforms, and create scripted videos and interviews with employees in both Ukrainian and English languages;
● Collaborate on creating recruitment content and internal communications;
● Set tasks for designers or create visuals independently (using Midjourney/Figma, etc.);
● Launch and manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms;
● Collect analytical data and adjust the content plan based on indicators.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

● 2 years of copywriting experience in the gaming industry. Bonus point if you’re a CS:GO fan;
● Experience in developing corporate social media strategies focused on Employer Branding;
● Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills with attention to detail (Ukrainian and English languages);
● Generate creative content (visuals, copywriting, video) for various social networking sites;
● Follow game industry trends and the ability to spot situational opportunities;
● Ability to find cool references and provide clear briefs to designers;
● Proficiency in working with graphic editors like Figma, Canva, Midjourney.
