QA has always been our core focus. We cover all types of game testing across any platform. Our lab includes over 500 real devices, and we are officially licensed by Sony and Microsoft. Our team consists of 180+ in-house QA testers. We work with all game genres, from indie and casual titles to AAA projects. During our partnerships, three titles have surpassed 1B+ downloads.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior QA Manager to join our dynamic team.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Strategic QA Leadership: Developing and implementing a long-term QA strategy for the company.

• Process Scaling: Optimizing and standardizing testing processes across multiple projects and clients.

• Team Management: Leading the entire QA Manager team, developing leaders within the team, recruiting and nurturing talent.

• Project Coordination: Supporting and overseeing key projects, planning resources, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring deadlines are met.

• Client Interaction: Communicating with clients at a strategic level, preparing proposals, and participating in negotiations.

• Service Quality Control: Establishing and maintaining high QA quality standards, implementing innovations and best practices.

• Analytics and Reporting: Regularly evaluating process efficiency and preparing strategic reports for management.

• Business Development and Company Representation: Participating in conferences, speaking on behalf of the company, launching new offices, and overseeing demo projects with key clients.

• Market Tracking: Analyzing industry trends, implementing new technologies and practices to keep the company’s services up to date.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Over 6 years of experience in outsource game development QA, including more than 2 years in leadership roles (QA Manager / Senior QA Manager / Head of QA).

• Experience in strategic planning of QA processes, managing large teams, and optimizing resources and budgets.

• Fluent in English for communication with clients and partners, with strong negotiation and C-level presentation skills.

• Ability to analyze client needs and develop strategic solutions for QA service growth.

• Skilled in evaluating process efficiency, KPIs, risks, and proposing improvements.

• Deep industry knowledge, understanding current QA trends, technologies, and testing practices in the gaming industry.

• Experience building cross-functional QA teams and organizations for various clients, countries, and languages.

• Continuous process improvement through risk assessment and data-driven support.
