• Level Design: Create and balance game levels to provide a fun and challenging experience for players;

• Playtesting: Conduct playtesting sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on game design based on client and user input;

• Industry Awareness: Stay current with industry trends and integrate new ideas and technologies into your designs;

• Process Improvement: Continuously refine game design processes and methodologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience: 5+ years as a Game Designer with at least one released (live) product; 

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript or Python is a plus, enhancing the ability to work closely with development teams; 

• Documentation Skills: Expert in crafting comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDD) and describing algorithms, including complex calculations and formulas; 

• Feature Ownership: Passionate about developing and taking full ownership of specific game features; 

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, fostering clear collaboration across teams; 

• Language Skills: English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
