Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

- Lead the end-to-end creation, development, and iteration of casual and hybrid-casual games.

- Develop game prototypes, basic mechanics, and assess the viability of mechanics.

- Analyze game statistics, make data-driven decisions, and contribute to project metrics planning and analysis.

- Create design documents, develop game events, and systematize game documentation.

- Calculate game balance and contribute to monetization development.

- Manage projects through every production stage, generating technical specifications for artists and programmers.

- Ensure product quality at each production stage and collaborate effectively within the project team

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

- Six or more years of experience in game design.

- At least two released games.

- High-level expertise in monetizing casual projects.

- Proven knowledge of balance in casual projects.

- Proficiency in game engines, specifically Unity.

- Good understanding of the gaming market and awareness of current gaming trends.

- Experience with task trackers.

- Strong team collaboration skills, open to feedback and criticism.

- English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation and professional articles (a plus).

- Ability to provide constructive feedback to a team or individual specialist.

- Interest in global gaming trends.
