Senior Game Balance Designer (Bermuda Adventures)

Bermuda Adventures is an exciting, fast-growing game that is one of the ten highest-grossing farm adventure titles according to Data.ai. We're looking for a talented, experienced Game Balance Designer to oversee our game's balance system. You'll track mechanics, stats, and other data and break new records with our team.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Develop an overall vision for the product's game balance

• Support game balance documentation, including charts and diagrams

• Calculate optimal values and fine-tune parameters to balance mechanics, live ops, etc.

• Analyze game balance and suggest changes and improvements

• Work with producers, game designers, level designers, and analysts to improve and optimize game balance

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience working in a similar position or as a Senior/Lead GD focused on balance

• A portfolio of successfully managed projects: F2P farm games, city builders, survival and midcore games, and/or projects with a lot of configurable parameters

• Experience working with analytics tools to evaluate and adjust game balance

• Advanced Excel skills (writing complex formulas that factor in various parameters and conditions), knowledge of math and statistics
