Senior 3D Artist (Belka Lab)

We are Belka Games. Our company is one of the 20 highest-grossing game developers in Europe according to data.ai, and our audience recently surpassed an important milestone of 110 million players. We think we're just getting started — the sky's the limit! So we're looking for a Senior 3D Artist who can come up with awesome ideas and create final art assets to join the team working on our latest project.

The project team combines the spirit of a startup with our established processes — they're expected to test their ideas quickly and implement new technologies while still adhering to transparent road maps, hitting specific KPIs, and making data-driven decisions.

• Create 3D graphics for mobile platforms (iOS/Android), including environments, structures, objects, and characters

• See assignments all the way through, from initial idea to final render

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• An up-to-date portfolio (not necessarily posted to public sources)

• Excellent low- and mid-poly modeling skills for designing all kinds of objects (environments, structures, objects)

• Experience creating characters (from concept sketch to creating an optimized model)

• 2D and concept art creation skills

• Experience with Unity 3D

It'd be great if you:

• Know how to rig characters and create animations

• Can use AI tools for concept art and sketches
