Security Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Security Engineer to develop and implement an information security strategy and ensure its practical application within the company’s infrastructure.
The main goal is to bring the entire security perimeter in line with industry best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) while building a robust protection system for assets, networks, services, and data

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies;

• Automate security processes and incident response;

• Deploy MFA, SSO, Zero Trust, and infrastructure monitoring;

• Secure cloud and container environments (GCP, Kubernetes);

• Identify and remediate vulnerabilities, conduct infrastructure audits;

• Configure and manage SIEM, EDR/XDR, logging, and CI/CD security monitoring;

• Work with network security: firewalls, VPNs, eBPF traffic analysis;

• Oversee Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Plans, and emergency recovery;

• Collaborate with DevOps, system administrators, and DWH teams to integrate security measures.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

•  5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, 4+ years in cybersecurity;

• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Windows, Linux, macOS, AD, Terraform, and Ansible;

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);

• Hands-on experience with security frameworks, SIEM, and incident response;

• Strategic mindset with the ability to tackle security challenges proactively;

• Fluent in English and Russian;

• To love building security from scratch and making systems bulletproof.
