We're looking for a sales/business development person who can help us to grow and can be a part of our core friendly team.

Wielkość i struktura zespołu?

15-30 motion designers

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Independent search and attraction of clients (cold sales);

• Conducting negotiations with clients, organizing briefings;

• Keeping CRM up to date;

• Searching for clients and sending proposals through Upwork

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Successful sales experience in B2B sphere from 3 years, experience in sales of digital products and services to the foreign market is obligatory;

• Conversational English at least at the Intermediate level (be prepared to say a few words about yourself in English in the interview);

• Knowledge of methodology as well as experience with various customer search and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.);

• Literate verbal and written speech, good presentation skills (be a rock star or MC!)), be able to read the client and be on their wavelength));

• It's important that you have some form of employment registered (sole proprietorship/self-employed/LLC, etc.)

• As a bonus, be familiar with mobile games and video production, and understand the pricing of such services.
