Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
- Lead full-cycle recruitment
- Create and place vacancies at different professional resources and channels (Artstation, LinkedIn, social networks, etc.) as well as explore new channels for hiring
- Work closely with Production manager to design the hiring process and ensure high-quality talent recruitment;
- Use creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify and engage candidates.
- Create and extend the recruiting pipeline, maintain a database of candidates
- Hiring in Ukraine, Poland, etc..
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
1+ experience as a full life-cycle recruiter in the technical or creative industry
High level of soft skills: presentation skills, initiativity, consistency, creative approach
Commitment, team orientation, and genuine interest in the Art, Gaming and IT industry.
