We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Middle Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, deeply understands recruitment processes, and is eager to grow alongside the company.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Manage full cycle of recruiting process: (collecting requirements, forming vacancies, sourcing, conducting HR interviews, etc.);
Create and post job descriptions on the company’s website, relevant job boards, social media channels, LinkedIn platform;
Keep in touch with the candidates during all the recruiting process, share the feedback;
Create and maintain a pool of potential candidates;
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to improve the hiring process;
Manage the pre-boarding and onboarding process in collaboration with HR manager.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
At least 2 years of experience in IT/GameDev recruitment;
A well-rounded insight into candidates' technical capabilities and interpersonal (soft skills) attributes;
Deep understanding of search strategies, knowledge of tools, desire to learn and try new ones;
Experience in sourcing using various technologies: Google X-Ray search, LinkedIn, etc.;
Experience in using HR-system (Huntflow/HiBob/People Force etc.);
An extensive network of contacts in professional, social networks;
Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills;
Excellent Russian language skills and advanced English knowledge (B2 level).
