QA Engineer (GameDev)

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Now we are seeking an experienced QA Engineer for a project full-time cooperation (for 2-3 months).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop clear test plans based on project needs and client expectations

- Create detailed test cases covering gameplay, functionality, and user experience

- Conduct both manual testing to find defects and inconsistencies

- Identify and document bugs accurately, providing steps to reproduce and detailed descriptions

- Test to make sure fixed bugs don't reappear after code changes

- Test the game on various platforms to ensure compatibility and consistent performance

- Assess the game's user interface, controls, and overall user experience for accessibility and satisfaction

- Evaluate the game's performance under different conditions, identifying areas for improvement

- Work closely with developers, designers, and other teams to understand requirements and ensure timely issue resolution

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, with exposure to game testing

- Understanding of game development processes

Proficiency in manual testing and familiarity with common testing methodologies

- Experience using bug-tracking systems, such as Jira

- Knowledge of gaming platforms (PC, consoles, mobile)

- Ability to analyze and document issues effectively

- Ability to create and follow test plans and test cases

- At least an Intermediate level of English

- Good communication skills for collaboration with team members

- A genuine passion for gaming and understanding of the gaming industry trends

- Experience in AA and AAA testing will be a plus
