QA Specialist (Game tester) (KZ / RU)

Garena Free Fire - the world famous mobile battle royale shooter and one of the largest mobile cyber disciplines in the world - is looking for a remote QA engineer for the CIS team. In short: English proficiency, work experience in a similar or related position.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Quickly test, report, and fix any problems that may arise during updating/patching of a live service environment (mobile game)

• Communicate with relevant stakeholders (including but not limited to game developers, the game operations team, and other internal functions) to resolve any outstanding issues

• Robust testing and QA rollouts, to ensure high quality of service for players

• Internalize and improve on existing processes to make the live service roll out more efficient

• Ad hoc tasks

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least a bachelor's degree in any related field (engineering/computer science is preferred)

• At least 1 year of experience in a live technical environment (Gaming preferred, but any tech company is fine)

• Proficient in English & Russian

• Good Problem solver - Break down complex issues into solvable parts and commit to fixing them

• Gamer - Play a wide variety of game and truly understand the service level of other great games

• Strong communication with technically oriented staff (e.g., engineers)
