Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

🧩 We're looking for an ambitious, business-minded Project Manager with experience in mobile development, who understands the social casino/iGaming market and wants to influence product, processes, and team dynamics. We value individuals who love structure, build effective teams, and are results-driven.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, managing, and controlling sprints; analyzing business metric impact

• Managing a cross-functional mobile development team

• Managing tasks in PMS, creating roadmaps, tracking deadlines

• Working with HADI cycles, creating internal guidelines, and reporting to C-Level

• Defining roles, recruiting new specialists

• People management: 1:1s, performance/salary reviews, development, motivation

• Searching for and implementing new tools/approaches

• Collaborating with outsourcers, stakeholders, and C-Level executives

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in iGaming, social casino, or mobile

• Experience in startups — fast pace, frequent change, multitasking

• Full-cycle project experience from idea to release

• Ability to build and grow teams and take ownership

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)

• Understanding of the technical aspects of mobile development

• Strong analytical skills and result-driven mindset

• English level: B2 or higher (for independent research and communication)

Bonus points for:

• Knowledge of AppStore/Google Play processes

• Understanding of performance marketing

• Familiarity with Worksection (or similar tools)
