We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Programmatic User Acquisition manager that will be responsible for bringing in high-quality users to our free to play games through various DSP acquisition channels.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

-Lead paid acquisition efforts across all platforms to achieve volume, quality, and ROI goals
-Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns working with large data-sets to optimize according to the company, team, and personal KPIs
-Run in-depth market research, develop innovative ideas and perform for A/B tests
-Manage marketing assets requests by working closely with a creative team
-Collaborate with product, monetization, CRM, and retargeting teams to drive events focused on acquisition and engagement
-Monitor user behavior and LTV and provide thorough reporting on results
-Identify new partners, platforms, and optimization opportunities to drive campaign performance
-Do daily, weekly, and quarterly budget forecasting and reporting of results
-Build and maintain strategic relationships with key acquisition partners

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

-2+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition on -Programmatic platforms – is a must
-Gaming industry experience – will be an advantage
-Mobile marketing experience – is a must
-Experience managing high budget campaigns
-Excellent analytical skills: analyzing complex data sets and extracting actionable insights
-Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Analytics, Art, Monetization other relevant teams
-Deep understanding of online and advertising space, including tracking tools, technical integrations, and best practices
-Pro-activity and “get it done” mentality
-Fluent English – both verbal and written

NICE TO HAVE:
-B.Sc/BA in marketing, business administration, or any other relevant disciplines.
