Nad czym pracować?

• Gatunek: Gry akcji, Gry logiczni, Gry codzienni, Gry hyper codzienni
• Platformy : Mobile, iOS, Android

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Product backlog creation;

• Organization and support of feature development from idea to release;

• Formulation of the theory based on data;

• Design and control of A/B testing (working with the development team);

• Conducting A/B tests and maintaining control apply metrics;

• Market analysis of successful projects, tracking trends in the gaming industry, searching for promising solutions and mechanics;

• Working with the marketing team to achieve positive outcomes;

• Compiling reports for stakeholders.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience in launching and developing games with 1M+ installs;

• 3+ years as a product manager or lead game designer on a mobile game in release;

• Knowledge of the casual and hyper-casual mobile market;

• Experience with analytics (working with data and inferences);

• Team management experience;

• Experience with Agile development methodologies;

• Systemic thinking, the ability to analyze and evaluate the feasibility of tasks;

• A proactive approach to work, a high sense of responsibility, and teamwork skills.

As a plus:

• Product marketing experience;

• Experience with puzzle games.
