Values Value, the main recruiting expert in gamedev is looking for a Product Lead for one of our clients. The product is one of the fastest growing Ad Tech companies in the mobile field.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Prioritize the roadmap based on customer needs, revenue impact and input from partners and company leadership;
Define, monitor and analyze key performance metrics, and use this data to identify high-impact opportunities and generate incremental revenue;
Lead product development along with engineering;
Develop clear, actionable, testable hypotheses for quantitative and qualitative validation;
Communicate your team’s priorities and roadmap to the General Manager, solicit feedback and build consensus for key initiatives;
Act as a leader within the development team;

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

Minimum of 3 years experience in product management and development;
3+ years experience in AdTech;
Good understanding of the following:
- OpenRTB protocol versions
- Protobuf
- MRAID/VAST
- CCPA/GDPR
- sellers.json
- app-ads.txt
High level of English;
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products;
Technical background;
Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Being ready to relocate to Poland.
