Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Brazy is looking for a Product Content & Community Manager (PUBG Mobile) for our product in the esports industry.

Requirements:

• Commercial work experience — more than 2 years

• English level — Upper-Intermediate

• High-level knowledge of PUBG Mobile “inside out” + personal gaming experience

• Good awareness of the mobile games market

• Understanding and working with a specific target audience (who these players are and what they need)

• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian and good English; literacy and creativity are a must

• Skills in content planning and basic analytics (reach, ER, CTR)

• Understanding of marketing funnels: acquisition → retention → conversion

• Self-organization and speed (news lives for hours, not days)
  

Responsibilities:

• Co-develop creatives together with the SMM manager

• Monitor PUBG Mobile bloggers and streamers (track their content and activities, catch trending topics, suggest collaborations, and evaluate their effectiveness)

• Come up with updated concepts. Quickly find news hooks, prepare short digests, posts, and stories
  

Would be a plus:

• Experience in case-opening projects or gacha mechanics

• Personal audience/community related to PUBG Mobile
