Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for an experienced Producer for our client, the world’s first company that connects esports and gaming with FMCG retail

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• To be a Leader, uniting all functions as Game Design, Art, Engineering, QA and others within the company for the successful release of the game.

• Influencing decisions, including those of Leaders/ Heads of departments, while pursuing goals related to deadlines, quality, and budget.

• Covering production layers such as planning, risk, resource, capacity and dependency management, monitoring the speed and quality of development, etc.

• Creating and ensuring that the product plans are understood across the different stakeholders of each department involved in the operations and drive the execution of those plans.

• Provide production overview and establish a risk assessment on deliverables based on status and progression to stakeholders.

• Coordinate and align backlogs, and manage production dependencies and priorities.

• Accountable for the setup and monitoring of performance management for Game Design, Art, Engineering, QA, and other teams to properly ensure their quality and speed of delivery.

• Budgeting control among external vendors.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 5+ years of experience as Producer/ Production Manager in mobile game development.

• Experience with multiplayer games.

• Experience in setting up and optimizing processes. 

• Skills in planning, prioritization, delegation, and task setting. . 

• Knowledge of the game development process, especially with outsourced teams.

• Ability to meet deadlines in a strong team environment.

• Able to digest feedback and make a synthesis of it with direct application to the work methodology.

• Develop and present a flexible leadership style to fit any type of situation.

• Great organizational and communication skills in English (written, verbal, presentational).
