• Creating the entire scenario for the game: thinking about the visuals, pitch, sound, characters, and all possible details of the game

• Maintaining consistency between the game's story and its mechanics

• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, continuously researching and implementing best practices in game narrative design

• Collaborate closely with artists, game designers, and programmers to bring your narrative vision to life, fostering a creative and cooperative work environment

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience as a Narrative Designer in AAA game production - 2+ years

• Solid understanding the market of the video game industry

• Experience in designing narratives for multiplayer games, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities they present

• At least 2 successfully released projects

• ​​Open to feedback and willing to collaborate with others, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt your narrative to project needs

• A detail-oriented person with flexibility and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal

• A genuine passion for video games and a deep understanding of different genres and platforms
