Middle Motion Designer

24PLAY is a product company from Ukraine that has been developing and publishing mobile games since 2019. We are a team of professionals who have launched dozens of popular games and gained over 100 million satisfied players worldwide. Our games include Zombiepunk, Bliezkrieg Assault, Street Dude, and more.

We are currently looking for a Middle Motion Designer to share our core company values:

Nad czym pracować?

• Platformy : Mobile

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Create advertising creatives based on gameplay recordings or in-game assets (including capturing gameplay footage in Unity when needed)

• Generate fresh and engaging ideas for creatives

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Understanding of composition, editing principles and techniques, sense of rhythm, and ability to work with color

• Ability to work with sound and basic knowledge of sound design

• Understanding of core animation principles

• Basic understanding of advertising creative structure

• Proficiency in Adobe software (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator); you’re also welcome to use any additional tools you’re comfortable with

• Ability to work with vector web animation (SVG, TGS formats)

Would be a plus:

• Experience working with Unity and understanding of its basic components

• Experience with 3D graphics / Blender / Ability to set up 3D renders (lighting, materials)

• Experience creating store assets for App Store and Google Play

• Use of AI tools in daily workflows
