Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Frogwares is looking for a Middle 3D Animator to support our animation team in bringing characters, creatures and environment to life. You’ll assist in processing mocap data, refining and creating animations, supporting the integration of animation assets into the Unreal Engine.
Responsibilities
Assist in cleaning and editing mocap data for characters, creatures, and gameplay elements;
Create simple keyframe animations as needed;
Collaborate with game designers, programmers, and other animators to develop and refine character movement, combat, and interaction animations;
Work closely with senior animators and designers to ensure animations match the gameplay and artistic vision;
Setting up physics and cloth simulation on characters (dynamic attachments);
Help integrate animations into Unreal Engine 5 with guidance from technical artists and programmers;
Support the development and maintenance of mocap workflows and animation pipelines;
Assist in character setup and basic rigging tasks for animation purposes.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
2+ years of experience in 3D animation;
Basic understanding of mocap workflows and animation principles;
Familiarity with Maya and/or MotionBuilder;
Unreal Engine experience is a must;
Knowledge of human and creature movement and basic anatomy;
Good communication and collaboration skills;
English skills (written and spoken) at an Intermediate level or higher;
Eagerness to grow, learn from experienced teammates, and contribute to a creative game development environment;
Passion for video games.
