Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for PC game launches and ongoing campaigns

• Manage and grow our social media presence across relevant platforms (Twitter/X, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

• Build and maintain relationships with content creators, streamers, and influencers in the simulation/strategy space

• Plan and coordinate influencer campaigns, key distribution, and preview/review coverage

• Create or oversee marketing content (trailers, screenshots, announcements, dev updates)

• Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data

• Collaborate closely with the development team to align marketing with game milestones

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 5+ years of experience in video game marketing, preferably PC-focused

• Proven track record of successful game launches with measurable results

• Strong understanding of the PC gaming landscape, Steam ecosystem, and wishlisting strategies

• Hands-on experience managing social media channels and community engagement

• Experience working with influencers and content creators

• Excellent written English and communication skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Nice to Have:

• Experience marketing simulation, tycoon, management, or factory-building games

• Existing relationships with creators in the simulation/strategy niche

• Familiarity with tools like Steamworks, Keymailer, Woovit, or similar platforms

• Experience with paid acquisition (Steam ads, social ads, etc.)
