Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Playtest, record and provide contextual feedback on user-generated level designs submissions on a daily basis
Provide constructive and expert feedback to help creators iterate on their level designs and comply with our guidelines and editorial line
Contribute to improving the process for reviewing, publishing and accessing user-generated level designs.
Come up with practical level-design solutions using the in-game level editor and teach creators how to solve level design issues by example.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

Strong understanding of level design theory, specifically for platform games.
Strong analytical skills, able to evaluate level designs in terms of gameplay mechanics, challenge, fun, balance, aesthetics, and player usability.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to provide precise, constructive, and expert feedback.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to detect issues and find appropriate solutions.

Proces selekcji

Your CV and previous work will determine whether you will be selected for a test.
If selected, you will be provided with sample user-generated level designs to test, record and provide feedback on (along with examples of the expected feedback format).
The test should take less than an hour and can be performed at your own convenience.
