Lead Unity Developer

We are currently looking for a Lead Unity Developer to join our team and contribute to our flagship projects and support the creation of exciting new ones.
We are a team of professionals with a wealth of experience in the gaming industry, committed to collaborate closely to produce top-tier successful products.

• Manage development team

• Improve technical processes around client development

• Control code-review and merge processes

• Collaborate closely with project leads

• Build and improve client architecture

• Control technical metrics and release stability

• Profile and optimize code, graphics and performance

• Develop in-house editing tools and Unity editor extensions

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 5+ years of experience in Unity development for mobile platforms

• 2+ years of managing development teams

• Strong knowledge of C# 7.0+

• Proficiency in Unity 2020+

• Proficiency in Addressables and asynchronous code

• Experience in team development and git VCS

Would be nice:

• Experience in supporting globally released projects: familiarity with release cycle, game updates, AB-testing and analytics

• Familiarity with Zenject, UniTask and Odin Inspector

• Experience writing shaders
