Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

The hiring process, interviews, new employees onboarding, and mentoring and challenging a team of Technical Artists;
Skills development plans creation, team members planning and distribution;
Assistance with projects’ backlog creation and fulfillment, with work optimization, and Technical assistance on architecture and solutions;
General technical documentation creation projects evaluation, decomposition, and estimation;
Company solutions contributions;
Troubleshooting resolving.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

Leadership experience (1+ year) or strong motivation;
Strong skills in Creative mostly Photoshop, and Illustrator;
Preparation, optimization, and integration of art resources (2D, 3D, VFX);
Experience in Unity;
Experience working with both artists and unity developers, understanding the gap between both disciplines;
Strong understanding of rendering pipeline;

As a plus:
Ability to analyze tech design performance-wise;
Ability to analyze and improve workflows to enhance group productivity;
Flexibility, excellent collaboration skills, ability to plan the workload;
Experience working with agile teams;
