Payroll Specialist/HR

​We create casual games enjoyed by millions worldwide, and we’re looking for an experienced Payroll Specialistwith strong analytical and critical thinking skills to manage payroll operations, reporting, and employee documentation with precision and independence. In this role, you’ll work closely with HR, finance, and external institutions to ensure everything runs smoothly and in full compliance with Polish labor laws and regulations.

What you need to do:

- Maintain personnel documentation in accordance with current labor law;

- Register new employees and their family members in ZUS; deregister upon termination;

- Issue employment-related documents (e.g., income confirmations) for employees and contractors;

- Prepare monthly and annual reports, declarations, and settlements (ZUS, PIT, PFRON, PPK, GUS);

- Calculate salaries, bonuses, and compensation for unused vacation;

- Process absences under both employment and civil law contracts;

- Coordinate occupational health services within the company;

- Oversee the company’s social benefits fund (ZFŚS).

What we are looking for:

- 3–4 years of experience in a payroll or HR/payroll role;

- Solid knowledge of Polish labor law and social insurance regulations;

- Fluent Russian (required);

- Practical experience with the ZUS “Płatnik” system;

- A university degree in a relevant Polish field.

Will be a plus:

- Experience working with payroll processing;

- Practical experience with employment legalization processes for foreign workers;

- English level B1 or higher and Russian level C1.
